Bahrain Marina Development Company, the master developer of the prestigious Bahrain
Marina project located on the eastern waterfront of the capital, Manama, has announced
the appointment of Marina Management & Consulting (MM&C), a WEARTH Group
activity to oversee the pre and post-opening of Bahrain Marina, including the
operational, sales and marketing strategies for the marina, marine club, and associated
facilities within the development.
MM&C is a leading international company specialising in marina design and
management, with extensive expertise in operating marinas destination facilities. The
company is renowned for planning and delivering exceptional yachting experiences
anchored in quality, innovation, and safety.
On this occasion, Mr. Reyadh Yousif Sater, Chairman of Bahrain Marina Development
Company, stated: “Through this collaboration, we aim to offer an exceptional marine

marina and marine club operations. The appointment of MM&C is aligned with Bahrain

The MM&C team will provide pre and post-opening operational and management
consultancy services for the marina’s daily activities, including Sales and Marketing
strategies, operational team selection and training, process implementation, berth
reservation management, mooring services, technical supervision, marine safety
operations, and the oversight of sports and recreational activities linked to the marine
club.
It is worth noting that the Bahrain Marina project includes a state-of-the-art marina for
yachts and boats, alongside a marine club spanning 3,200 square metres, featuring
sports, social, and service facilities. The marina infrastructure construction has been
secured with United Marine Trading in partnership with the French aluminum dock
supplier Poralu Marine. The marina and club constitute key elements of the project’s
first phase, which is currently under development.
