With over 30 years of experience in technical projects, real-estate and developments in various economical context including highly competitive markets, Mr. Yusuf is the managing director of Bahrain Marina Development Company. He harbours extensive knowledge in the industry including establishing, leading and managing projects, property investment, and development.

Mr. Al Thawadi holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Officer Staff Course from Augusta Georgia, and a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas.

Eng. Haneen Yousif Abdulkarim

With over 20 years of real-estate development and construction management experience, Mrs. A. Karim oversees all development activities and translates the company’s strategy into operational plans. Mrs. A. Karim has a talent for strategic planning and project management.

Mrs. Haneen holds a Masters Degree in Engineering Management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a member  of the Bahrain Society of Engineers and CRPEP-Bahrain.

Mrs. A. Karim possesses a long and proven track record in delivering high profile projects and prestigious developments in the Kingdom of Bahrain.  Her design and construction experience spans over a vast number of already operational developments in Bahrain extending from specialized industrial, marine, infrastructure, offices, hospitality, retail, entertainment and residential developments.
